Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 and 34 of the IPC and section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

80 liters of country-made liquor was allegedly recovered from the field side and it is alleged that the same is of the petitioner.

Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent besides other criminal cases against the petitioner. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79161 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.310/2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
