2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 262, 263, 253 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the hazat with the help of his family members on a car, bearing registration no. BR-02Z-1021 and as per D.T.O. report, father of petitioner is registered owner of said car. Besides this, petitioner has got four criminal antecedent.
