The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant, Md. Fakrul, along with his friend, Rohid Alam approached to the petitioner for sanctioning the loan then petitioner assured to manage the loan on expending of Rs.50,000/-. Thereafter, informant handed over Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner but after passing over nine months, the loan was not sanctioned in favour of the informant and on query, petitioner did not give any reply. No.79735 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Alam, reached in village Bakrahiya at the house of the petitioner then he was abused giving threatening that money will not be returned nor he will approached for sanctioning the loan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dirty village politics the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, no any documents has been shown by the informant about receiving of Rs.50,000/- by the petitioner for approaching to sanction the loan to the informant. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
