2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner Sunny Kumar kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage . It is further alleged that when informant went to make enquiry about her missing daughter, then all the accused persons abused and threatened with dire consequences.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has denied the factum of kidnapping and she has categorically stated that she

No.88911 of 2024(3) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 was in love with this petitioner Sunny Kumar and left her parental house on her own will and has solemnized marriage with this petitioner. She has stated her age as 18 years. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist Patna City District Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. case No. 848 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
