Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of country made liquor is alleged from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection
