2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304, 379, 356 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown thieves tried to snatch mobile from the deceased because of which deceased fell down and died.

4. Sufficient materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. The petitioner is in jail since 04.10.2023. The petitioner is accused of one more case of similar nature.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
