2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No.45 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegation as alleged against the petitioner for committing offence under Section 302 of the IPC, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail. However, the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy before the learned district court considering the fact that the death has taken place in the state of intoxication of the accused person. .
