2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Motipur PS Case No. 369 of 2019 dated 13.08.2019 instituted under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and his father is of dealing in illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated.

5. Learned APP submitted that the police has arrested the father of the petitioner from whom there has been recovery and from the house, one person was fleeing away and upon chase had thrown a sack from which seven bottles of liquor was recovered. It was submitted that the father having been caught possessing the liquor and the son running from the house clearly shows that they were indulging in the business of illegal liquor.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
