JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakai P. S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 59488 of 2018 and there is allegation against the petitioner is of repeatedly of firing on the deceased, causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 10.03.2018 and up till now, only two witnesses have been examined out of 11 witnesses. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I
