The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that as per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is that on 21.08.2019 at about 6.00 PM when she was in her house, in the meantime, all the accused persons armed with lathi, danda and iron rod came and started abusing to hr and thereafter all the accused caused head injury of Chandan Kumar and when Jaso Devi came to rescue him they also assaulted her and when Khushboo Kumari came to rescue them they also assaulted her and they snatched golden chain from her neck and also snatched her ear-rings. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77828 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 further alleged that Kundan Singh with bad intention started pulling her saree and they also destroyed two motorcycles which were parked at her house. On hearing alarm when neighbours assembled there all the accused fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Sherghati, District-Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019.
