The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chhatauni P.S. Case No 35 of 2018 registered for the offences under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case rather he has been made accused on the basis of general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 35 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
