2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304 of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that three unknown miscreants snatched away cash and mobile phone from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR is against unknown miscreants. Petitioner is having 12 criminal antecedents and he was remanded in this case from Saharsa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86447 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 Sadar P.S. Case No. 641 of 2025 and he has given his confessional statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession. No TIP has been conducted. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa with the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall be physically present in the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial.
