2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihta PS Case No. 959 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the Court below.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below
