1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Thana no.251 Khesra

Patna High Court CWJC No.965 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 no.1630 area 1-18-9 dhurs situated in village-Tarwan, Circle-Siwan Sadar, District- Siwan which is government land Gairmajarua Aam Rasta, which has been illegally encroached by the respondent no.8, 9 and 10.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner with reasoned and speaking order, but the same is still pending."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar, District-Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
