2. The present MJC application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 2690 of 2023.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in CWJC No.2690 of 2023, this Court has directed the District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, Gaya to consider the entire documents and upon

Patna High Court MJC No.3607 of 2023(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 providing hearing to the petitioner, pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation within eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation before him.

Learned Counsel for the State on the other hand submits that it is crystal clear by the show-cause that the Order No.830 dated 09.02.2024 is a speaking order which has been passed on the representation filed by the petitioner in compliance of the Hon'ble Court's order and according to him, the District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, Gaya is not under contempt and this contempt proceeding may be dropped.

5. Upon perusal of the records, it transpires to this Court that the order has been complied and hence, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped with liberty granted to the petitioner that if, he is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector-cum-District Registrar, Gaya, then he may avail the remedy against the said order in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the present MJC application stands dismissed.
