The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.07.2019 to the extent that period for surrender be extended by further two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and communication gap, petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within time granted by

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 25.07.2019. Accordingly, the order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20006 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the time granted for surrender be extended by further two weeks from today.
