Case No. 5 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 278, 284, 285, 287, 290, 420, 467, 468, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 11(d)(e) (c) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960. This case is of the year 2019. It appears that no stay order has been passed in the matter. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner has no instructions in the matter. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
