Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a petition before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra on 26.10.2019 for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika of Ward No.4 situated in Gram Panchayat Raj Banpura, Block Ekma, District-Saran at Chapra without any further delay. A copy of which was also given to the D.P.O., Saran, C.D.P.O., Ekma, Saran at Chapra.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.24518 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 before the C.D.P.O., Ekma, Saran at Chapra within one month from today and on such, the C.D.P.O., Ekma, Saran at Chapra shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within one month thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
