Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has applied for compassionate appointment vide Annexure 6. The submission is that the same has been submitted on 3.6.2019.
Learned State Counsel however submits that there is no receiving on the said representation nor the petitioner has made any averment in the writ petition that in spite of submission of his application no receiving was granted by the authority. In the circumstances it does not lie in the mouth of the petitioner to submit that he has submitted application for compassionate appointment. Having regard to the rival submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Fisheries, that if such an application has been submitted then the same may be disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.24588 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 expeditiously and without any undue delay.
