In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No.601 of 2018, arising out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.86 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 304(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of deceased. As per the FIR and looking to the impugned order it appears that the petitioner has killed his wife in a very brutal manner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
