Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had already filed a representation before respondent no.6 for the payment of his salary and arrear of salary but till date no order has been passed in the said representation.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.6 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim, within four weeks and the respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1240 of 2024 dt.05-04-2024 2/2 petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter. 5.

It is made clear that the respondent no.6 shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
