The petitioner seeks bail in Forbisganj Police Station Case No 460 of 2018, GR No 1958 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

After receiving information that some persons have assembled to commit cognizable offence, the police raided the place and apprehended the petitioner Sanjay Kumar Yadav and others. From the possession of the petitioner, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, one loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018 and he has no criminal

No.72247 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 antecedent, as stated in paragraph 3 of the petition Considering the aforesaid facts as also the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months for recovery of one loaded countrymade pistol, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbisganj Police Station Case No 460 of 2018, GR No 1958 of 2018.
