Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that in the satisfaction portion of order dated 13.12.2019, by which, the petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail, it has inadvertently been mentioned as to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya, whereas, it should have been learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

In such view of the matter, let Special Judge Excise, Gaya mentioned in the satisfaction portion of order dated 13.12.2019 be read as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
