The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Barun P.S.Case No.274 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 10 ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioners, who happen to be owner and the driver.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for two months. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge (Excise) Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.case No.274 of 2019.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
