The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2), specifically stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner according to her own desire. Her mother has lodged false case of kidnapping against the petitioner. She lives with the petitioner. Further submission is that medical report (Annexure-

3) reflects that the age of the victim is more than 18 years. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
