1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) The order dated 02.02.2023 passed by the Service Grievance Redressal Officer, Begusarai under which he has dispose the petition for payment of arrears of salary since 04.05.2013 to 07.09.2015 of the petitioner without any reasons be quashed. (ii) The order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the Appellate Authority (Service Grievance Redressal), Begusarai under which appeal filed against the aforesaid order dated 02.02.2023 has been disposed

(iii) For a direction to the authority concern (Respondent No.3) to make payment of arrears of salary since 04.05.2013 to 07.09.2015 to the petitioner when petitioner was posted at Primary Health Centre Shamho & PHC Dandari with statutory interest.

(iv) For a direction to the State Health Authority to take legal as well as Departmental action against the erring officers who is responsible for nonpayment of salary to the petitioner timely."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
