2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, one stolen Scorpio vehicle was recovered from possession of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has bought the alleged vehicle from one Akhilesh Kumar without knowledge of the fact that the same is stolen. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2024. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 5 of 2024.
