2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting the aside the office order contained in Memo No. 237 dated 28-04-2023 whereby and where under petitioner has been removed/dismissed from the post of Block Teacher posted at Government Middle School, Bhagli, Nabinagar, Aurangabad without considering the relevant documents and affording reasonable opportunity to defend his case only under pressure of filling of O.A. No. 052/2022 before the State Teachers Authority, Patna just to save his own skin.

ii.) For a further direction upon the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1368 of 2024(6) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 reinstate the petitioner after setting aside the order of dismissal and to make payment of due salary for the period since September 2022 till date.

iii.) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may be deemed entitled."

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State, in paragraph 9 of of the same it is stated that in Letters Patent Appeal No. 941 of 2019 in connection with Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 10239 of 2014 (Surendra Prasad vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), the issue regarding the recognition of a B.Ed. degree obtained in year 1993 from Rashtriya Patrachar Sansthan, Kanpur, was addressed. It was concluded in L.P.A. No. 941 of 2019 that the degree obtained from that said University is not recognized by the State Government, this fact is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts, this writ application is dismissed.
