2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for direction to the respondents not to disturb anyway by Circle Officer, Patna Sadar to the private land of petitioner at MahallaAlkapuri P.S-Gardanibagh, District-Patna, registered in the name of Late Bina Sen Wife of Parijat Prasun Sen in an area of 9947 square feet as demonstrated in the map as with Red Ink as enclosed at Annexure-1B to this writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.23535 of 2018(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 application which they purchased from Vijay Kumar Chakroborty for which revenue receipts have been also issued by the circle officer of Patna."
3. Learned State counsel submits that a perusal of the F.I.R. would show that the petition is bereft of necessary respondents inasmuch as Vijay Kumar Chakroborty has not been impleaded as party respondent.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
