The post-retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner has not been paid despite several representations to the concerned respondents. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow of Class-IV employee, this Court directs that in the event of her making a detailed representation before the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar (Respondent No. 4), charting out the post-retiral dues of

Patna High Court CWJC No.25659 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 her husband within a period of four weeks, the same shall be entertained with urgent dispatch and after verification of facts and ascertainment of the entitlement of the aforesaid dues, shall pass orders in accordance with law making provision for payment of such amount to the petitioner forthwith.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
