Petitioner has raised her grievance that in respect of her claim for appointment as Chowkidar in place of her fatherin-law, she has made her representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Copy of the representation is Annexure 11 to the writ petition.

The issue, therefore, requires consideration by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.270 of 2019(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

In the circumstances, pendency of the instant proceedings would be futile.

Let final decision be taken by respondent No 2, upon application of the petitioner (Annexure 11) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
