The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila PS case no. 53 of 2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 448/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other accused person having engaged in teasing the victim girl. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent.
