2. The present case has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondents particularly respondent no.5 to take an appropriate action in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.622 of 2024 for confessional statement of the victim namely, Chandani Kumari, under Section 183 of the BNS. (ii) For directing the respondents, particularly, respondent no.7 to do proper investigation in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iii) For directing the respondent to take

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.139 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 appropriate action/supervision in the matter of petitioner and his family.

(iv) For directing the S.P./D.S.P. to take action against concerned SHO/IO of this case who has arrested the accused, namely, Ramnath Kumar Yadav and thereafter he has not produced the accused before the Spl. POCSO Court, Patna.

(v) For any other relief(s) to which the petitioner is entitled for.

3. In view of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. (2008) 2 SCC 409, petitioner is directed to move before the concerned Court below for the redressal of her grievance. If such an application is filed before the Court below, the Magistrate will pass an order in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
