JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court firstly by order dated 13.9.2018 in Cr.Misc.No. 46175 of 2018 and secondly by order 11.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 21779 of 2019 and allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant which hit a boy causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for almost two years and all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, who have not supported the prosecution case, except I.O.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner move the trial court first for grant of bail, who will
