ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-12-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of the Counsels.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already made a representation dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P/2) ventilating their grievance before the Circle Officer Baisi,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20458 of 2025(2) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 District Purnea i.e. Respondent No. 6 herein. The Respondent No. 6 is directed to consider the representation dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P/2) made by the petitioners. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioners shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
