The petitioners being mother and brothers of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,448,498A,354B,504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

No.81144 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/3 The prosecution case as per the written report of Shahida Khatoon submitted to the SHO, Madhubani Town Police Station is to the effect that the informant was married with one Akbar Ansari in 2007 and out of the wedlock the informant has two children but subsequent to the marriage, there was further dowry demand of land and due to non-fulfillment of the same, torture was inflicted upon the informant. Ultimately, she was being driven out from the matrimonial house. It is further alleged that the informant also filed a case against her husband at Bombay but the husband pressurized her to withdraw the said case.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with
