2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a proceeding against the Contemnor/Opposite Parties for non compliance of order dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court in

Patna High Court MJC No.4363 of 2024(5) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 CWJC No. 5724 of 2024 by which a direction has been issued to the Respondent No. 7 to dispose of the application of the petitioner.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party stating therein that as per direction of the Court the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of with the speaking order dated 19.01.2024

4. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders dated 19.01.2024, 06.12.2025 and 25.01.2025.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition stands disposed of.
