The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Submission is that the recovery of 7 1⁄2 liters of illicit liquor is alleged from behind the house of the petitioner from a ditch. The petitioner had no knowledge about that. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
