2. The present writ petition has been filed to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents for transfer of the petitioner from Ward No. 50 to any other convenient Ward of the Patna Municipal Corporation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representations is pending before the concerned authority and till date no decision has been taken on his representation.

4. Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Patna submits that, due to pendency of writ petition, no decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.730 of 2025(4) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 has been taken on the petitioner's representation.

5. As such, it is hereby directed to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, raising all his grievances, before the Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation, Bankipur Anchal (respondent No. 4) within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation, Bankipur Anchal (respondent No. 4) is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation within 90 days thereafter.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
