2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons are that they opened fire in front of informant's house, as a result of which, the informant sustained gunshot injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Nandan and not against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner is under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88453 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 custody since 31.08.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
