JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 The only issue in the present writ petition is that the newly constituted Patliputra University wants the requisite fees, for the purpose of appointment of University Representative, to be deposited by the petitioner college.

The learned counsel appearing for the Magadh University submits that the University has already transferred all the documents with regard to the appointment of the University Representative for appointment of faculty members. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the issue is with regard to the payment of the requisite fee, the petitioner college is ready to deposit the same within a period of one week.

The learned counsel for the Patliputra University submits that in case the petitioner deposits the requisite fee for

Patna High Court CWJC No.24507 of 2018(4) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 nomination of an expert for the purposes of appointment of faculty members in the college, the same will be done within a period of one week of the deposit of the fee. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to deposit the requisite fee by 25th January, 2019 and in case such fee is deposited, the Patliputra University shall appoint the University representative on or before 01st February, 2019.
