This Civil Miscellaneous application has been filed against the order dated 15.02.2017, passed by learned Sub Judge - I, Civil Court, Begusarai in Title Suit No. 223 of 2015. Learned counsel for the parties submits that this case may be disposed of with the observation that the Title Suit No. 223 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub Judge - I, Civil Court Begusarai may be disposed of expeditiously for which both the parties are ready to cooperate before the learned trial Court.
As prayed for by the parties and in the interest of
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1753 of 2018(10) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 justice, this Civil Miscellaneous application is disposed of with the direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the disposal of the said Title Suit No. 223 of 2015 preferably within two years and both the parties are also directed to cooperate in the trial Court for the same.
