2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 / G.R. No. 1028 of 2024 / S.T. No. 434 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased has committed suicide and the petitioner is alleged to be involved in the case.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88909 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 / G.R. No. 1028 of 2024 / S.T. No. 434 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
