3. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Supaul PS Case No. 446 of 2019 dated 13.07.2019, instituted under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the application.
