Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S.case No.730 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is general allegation against the petitioner of assault.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the police after investigation submitted final form not finding the case true but the cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate and considering the same, one of the coaccused has been granted privilege of bail by this Court, vide order dated 27.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10828 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.730 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
