JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction upon the official respondent for measuring land appertaining to Plot Nos. 72, 76, Khata No.31, situated at Mauza-Janipur, P.S Bikram, District-Patna recorded in the record of rights as Gairmazarua and for removal of encroachment from the said Gairmazarua land, made by the respondent nos. 7 and 8.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction
Patna High Court CWJC No.19612 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 upon the official respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Respondent nos.7 and 8 on the above land, which is Gairmazarua land and to restore its nature, since the same is meant for the purpose of public, as it was being used by the villagers since long."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bikram, District-Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
