On getting confidential information with regard to dubious activity of the Sahil Kumar, his house was raided and during course thereof, three persons, namely, Sahil Kumar, Deepak Kumar and Rahul Rai were apprehended at the spot while remaining, namely, Chhotu Kumar, Rohit Paswan, Sudhanshu Kumar, Prince Paswan and Chhotu managed to escape. On search, from the possession of Sahil and Rahul, mobile sets were recovered while from the possession of Deepak, apart from mobile, a register showing the illegal act of gambling as well as 200 Gms of Ganja were also seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.09.2019. Furthermore, from para-3 of the petition, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80839 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 evident that petitioner also happens to be an accused relating to Delha PS Case No. 5/2019.

Considering the totality of the event, petitioner, Rahul Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya in connection with NDPS Case No. 64/2019 arising out of Kotwali PS Case No. 401/2019.
