2. The regular bail petition of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated 19.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 64239 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground for renewal of the bail petition is that two co-accused persons on similar footing have been granted bail by coordinate benches of this Court.

4. The petitioner has five criminal antecedents as disclosed in paragraph No. 3 of the bail petition. I do not think it to be a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U
