2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 395 of the IPC registered in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018.

3. As per allegation, while the informant was coming back home, five unknown miscreants on two motorcycles intercepted the informant, and on the point of pistol, robbed him of Rs. 8,000/- in cash. They also snatched his bag containing other valuables.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing was recovered from his possession. His name has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85281 of 2025(3) dt.23-02-2026 2/2 surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Umesh Yadav. No TIP has been conducted and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025. Other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the court below itself.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
