JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by the Executive Director (Muzaffarpur), Industrial Area Development Authority, Muzaffarpur, by filing appropriate appeal.

The learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal in accordance with the provisions contained in BIADA Act, 1974. It goes without saying that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, Appellate
